Tool Design & Simulation Analysis
The design process includes virtual mold simulation to evaluate and optimize processes and tooling. The 3D simulation polishes tool design, runner location, gating system, filling behavior, packing, cooling, and solidification. This increases efficiency, productivity, and part quality, providing a high degree of confidence before design release.
Tool Fabrication
Our advanced technology allows us to create everything from single-cavity molds to complex multi-cavity molds. With state-of-the-art machinery, we can quickly and cost-effectively create molds for the medical and electronic sectors.
